21-22 Falcon Care Registration
We will take great pride in providing a safe and engaging environment for your child after school each day. FALCON care will start on August 17, 2021. The program will run from 3:05 pm to 6:00 pm.
Here will be our Activity Rotations: (varies daily by grade level):
● Snack ● Homework ● Art ● Technology ● Gym ● Free Play
Student Profile: It is the responsibility of the parent to keep updated contact information with the school on record for themselves and any emergency contacts. FALCON Care will use the school’s Skyward data to refer to when contacting parents and or giving authorization for pick up to family or friends.

Registration fee: $25 non-refundable registration fee per child or $50 for a family of two and more.
After school program starts August 17, 2021
PLEASE NOTE THAT UNTIL PAYMENT AND SIGNED PAPER REGISTRATION ARE COMPLETED, THE REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED VALID.
